Terms of Use

The website is operated by EPEVER ("EPEVER", "we", "us"). EPEVER designs and supplies solar charge controllers, inverters, DC-DC chargers, energy storage products and related accessories. Questions about these terms can be sent to ecommerce@epever.eu.

You may use the website for lawful business and personal purposes. You agree not to:

• interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the website;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-copy catalogue data, images or documents for commercial reuse;
• submit false, misleading or third-party contact details in any form;
• attempt to access accounts, orders or documents that do not belong to you.

We work to keep model names, technical specifications, datasheets, certificates and images accurate and up to date. Product data is nevertheless provided for information only and may be updated without notice as products, firmware or certifications change. Specifications do not form a warranty, and installation decisions should always be based on the manual and datasheet shipped with the product.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

Submitting a quote request, contact form or partner application is a request for information and is not a binding order or an offer by EPEVER. A quotation becomes binding only when EPEVER issues it in writing, and it remains subject to availability, shipping conditions, product certification for the destination country and the applicable sales terms. Partner applications are reviewed case by case; we are not obliged to accept an application or to state a reason for declining one.

Some products, such as certain lithium battery systems, cannot be checked out directly because transport conditions differ per destination. For those items the website shows an indicative price and creates a quote request instead.

Prices shown on the website are indicative unless confirmed in a quotation or order confirmation, and may be shown excluding VAT, shipping and any import duties depending on your selection. Availability, lead times and shipping options are confirmed during checkout or in a written quotation.

Manuals, datasheets, certificates, firmware and software offered on the website may be downloaded and used for installing, operating and servicing EPEVER products. They may not be modified, resold or presented as your own material. Software and firmware remain subject to any licence supplied with them.

The EPEVER name, logo, product names, website design, texts, photographs and drawings are protected by intellectual property rights held by EPEVER or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except for the ordinary use of the website described in these terms.

The website links to third-party services such as EPEVER Academy, Solar Guardian, payment providers and carrier tracking pages. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their terms, which apply in addition to these terms.

We aim to keep the website available and correct, but we provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, EPEVER is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website or the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or statutory product liability.

Personal data submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie use and your options are described there as well, and you can change your choice at any time through Cookie Preferences in the footer.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or legal requirements. The version published here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies to your use of the website.

These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another forum.
