Accessibility Statement - EPEVER Webshop

This is a working draft of the EPEVER Webshop accessibility statement. It describes the accessibility features we are working to support, the environments in which we test, the limitations we are aware of, and how you can tell us about problems you encounter. It is not a final legal statement and does not represent a certification or formal compliance claim.

1. Our accessibility commitment

EPEVER is committed to making the webshop easier to use for as many people as possible, including customers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or other assistive technologies. We are gradually improving the structure, contrast, focus indicators and semantic markup across the site.

2. Accessibility features currently supported

Keyboard navigation: core pages and forms can be reached and operated using the Tab, Enter/Return, Space and Escape keys.
Screen-reader friendly structure: pages use landmark regions, heading hierarchy and descriptive labels on buttons and form fields.
Text resizing: text can be enlarged with browser zoom without breaking the main layout on most pages.
Consistent navigation: the header, footer and common components follow a predictable order across pages.
Focus indicators: interactive elements generally show a visible focus outline.
Responsive layout: pages adapt to smaller screens and touch interfaces.

3. Compatibility with browsers and assistive technologies

We test the webshop in recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. We also check behaviour with common screen readers and operating-system accessibility settings. Older browsers or unsupported browser configurations may not provide the same experience.

4. Known limitations

Some third-party content, embedded media or externally hosted documents may not meet the same accessibility standards as the rest of the site.
Complex interactive components such as product filters, mega menus and comparison tables are being reviewed and may still have rough focus order or screen-reader announcements.
Product images rely on alt text supplied with product data; a small number of legacy items may have incomplete descriptions.
Some downloadable PDFs, manuals and certificates are provided by suppliers and may not be fully accessible. Accessible alternatives can be requested through support.

5. How users can report an accessibility issue

If you have difficulty using any part of the webshop, please let us know. Include the page you were on, what you were trying to do, the device and browser or assistive technology you were using, and a short description of the problem. We will review the report and do our best to respond promptly.
