Shipping & Delivery

EPEVER Webshop · Last updated: September 13, 2026

This is a working draft of the EPEVER Webshop shipping and delivery page. It explains how orders are processed, where we can deliver, how shipping costs are calculated, and what to do if something goes wrong. Exact prices, carrier names, supported countries and delivery times will be confirmed before this page is finalized.

1. Order processing

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed. We then pick, pack and hand the parcel to the selected carrier. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a separate dispatch notification when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

2. Available delivery regions

We aim to serve customers across Europe and selected other markets. The exact list of countries we can ship to, and any restrictions on battery or energy-storage products, will be shown at checkout once confirmed. If your destination is not yet available, please request a quotation and we will confirm whether delivery is possible.

3. Shipping methods

We plan to offer standard and express parcel services, with pallet or freight options for large energy-storage systems. The available methods for your order will be shown at checkout based on the destination, weight and dimensions of your shipment.

4. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier service and whether the items are in stock. Estimated times will be displayed at checkout once carrier schedules are confirmed. These are estimates from dispatch, not guaranteed dates.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated from the delivery address, parcel weight and dimensions, and the carrier service you choose. Any applicable free-shipping threshold, express surcharge or remote-area fee will be shown at checkout once pricing is confirmed.

6. Order tracking

When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link or carrier reference by email. You can use that reference on the carrier's website to follow the shipment.

7. Delays and delivery issues

Occasionally shipments are delayed by customs checks, weather, carrier capacity or other events outside our control. If your delivery is late, please check the tracking information first. If the status is unclear or the delay is significant, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.

8. Damaged or missing packages

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If the packaging is damaged, take photographs before opening and note the damage with the carrier if possible. Report missing items or transport damage to us within seven days of delivery, including your order number and photos, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Contact information

For shipping questions, delivery problems or requests for a freight quotation, email us at ecommerce@epever.eu with your order number.

10. Last updated date

This draft shipping and delivery page was last updated on 13 September 2026.
