The crossed-out wheelie bin

The crossed-out wheelie bin on our products, batteries and packaging means: do not put them in household waste. Electrical equipment and batteries contain valuable materials and substances that must be recycled separately.

Old equipment: free take-back (one for one)

When you buy a new EPEVER product, you may hand in an old product of the same type and function free of charge. Ask for a free return label in My Account or by email within 30 days of delivery, or hand it in at a municipal collection point (milieustraat). EPEVER Technologies Europe B.V. is registered for WEEE in the Netherlands under [LAWYER TO CONFIRM: WEEE registration number] and participates in [LAWYER TO CONFIRM: compliance scheme, e.g. Stichting OPEN].

Batteries: free take-back

Under the EU Batteries Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 you can return waste portable, light means of transport and industrial batteries we sold free of charge. Contact us for the collection procedure; industrial and energy storage batteries are collected by a dangerous-goods carrier we arrange. Battery producer registration: [LAWYER TO CONFIRM].

Never ship a damaged, swollen, leaking or overheated lithium battery. Isolate it outdoors on a non-flammable surface, tape the terminals and contact us or the local fire service.

Packaging

We contribute to the Dutch packaging waste system under [LAWYER TO CONFIRM: Verpact registration]. Please recycle cardboard and plastics separately.

Outside the Netherlands

For deliveries to other EU countries, the collection scheme of your own country applies; you can hand in old equipment and batteries at your local collection points free of charge [LAWYER TO CONFIRM: authorised representatives or registrations in the other delivery countries].
